Thank you for shopping with Chronic Studios.

Below you’ll find information about processing times, delivery options and international shipping.

Processing Time

In-stock orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

UK Shipping

We offer the following UK shipping options:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service and destination.

Preorders

Items marked Preorder are available to purchase before they are ready to dispatch.

The estimated dispatch timeframe will always be shown on the product page before you place your order. For Record 002 - Souls Awaiting Peace, the current estimated dispatch timeframe is 4–6 weeks.

This timeframe refers to dispatch, not delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery times shown below will apply.

If your order contains both an in-stock item and a preorder item, the full order will be dispatched together once the preorder item is ready.

Estimated preorder dates may occasionally change due to circumstances during production. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

International Shipping

International delivery is available to selected destinations.

International shipping is charged at a flat rate of £14.99. For some destinations outside the EU, shipping may cost up to £25.

Estimated international delivery time is 10–20 business days.

Customs, Duties and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees depending on the destination country.

These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email where tracking is available.

You can use this number to track your package through the shipping carrier’s website.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed, missing or marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact us at support@chronicstudios.co.uk and we will do our best to help.

We may need to contact the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Address Changes

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.
