Certain Chronic Studios products may be offered for preorder before they are ready for dispatch.

Where an item is a preorder, this will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page before you place your order.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, payment for preorder items is taken in full at the time the order is placed.

An estimated dispatch timeframe will be displayed on the relevant product page before purchase.

Estimated dispatch dates and timeframes are provided in good faith based on the information available to us at the time. Production schedules may occasionally change due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If there is a significant change to the estimated dispatch timeframe, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order and provide an updated estimate.

The stated preorder timeframe refers to dispatch unless otherwise specified. Delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched.

Where an order contains both an in-stock item and a preorder item, the items may be dispatched together once the preorder item is ready unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a preorder item does not remove or reduce your statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights.
