Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

If you place a pre-order with Chronic Studios, you may request to cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched.

To request a cancellation, please contact support@chronicstudios.co.uk with your order number and the email address used to place your order.

If your cancellation is accepted before dispatch, any payment already taken for the cancelled item will be refunded to your original payment method.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled as a pre-order. You may instead request a return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and your applicable statutory rights.

If there is a significant delay or change to the expected fulfilment of a pre-order, we will provide updated information where appropriate. You may contact us if you no longer wish to proceed with your order.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
